Delivery & Returns

We aim to deliver all goods in 5 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days for delivery Where possible Royal Mail first class post will be used. For larger orders a recognised carrier will dispatch all items destined for a UK address.

Our fee for postage and packing is shown on most pages but if not just press add to cart and you will see it, If item isn't wanted DONT forget to remove it from the cart.

All items delivered by carrier need to be signed for, therefore the customer will need to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If the order is not signed for a redelivery will be attempted the following day and the customer will be charged the redelivery cost, £9

Which countries are included in the UK?

The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Scotland, and Wales.

The following may incur a delivery surcharge Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or Scottish Highlands and Islands. We will contact you with the cost of the surcharge when the order is placed. You are under no obligation to buy. Free delivery is not an option irrespective of value of order.

We will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card types supported.

This purchase will appear on your statement as Google Checkout, Nochex

On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from us containing your invoice within a few minutes of placing your order.

Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.

We will respond to any enquiries to your order within one/two working days.

Once we have received your purchase request we will begin to process you order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped

Should you be dissatisfied with your order please email (caravanspares2repairs@googlemail.com) for a returns number and post it back to us in its original packaging. 

We'd appreciate it if you let us know the reason for return.

We will then send a replacement or arrange a refund accordingly.
