It is advised that you read all the below terms and conditions before making a purchase at Caravan Spares 2 Repairs
The use of the Caravan Spares 2 Repairs website and the subsequent purchase of the product(s)/service(s) advertised confirms that you are agreeing to such terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones. Product Ordering • Products can be purchased by using the payment methods mentioned in the Checkout Page. • When an order is made it is understood that you, the customer, is offering to purchase the product(s) from Caravan Spares 2 Repairs, the retailer, at the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions. The price advertised is non-negotiable. Purchase Processing • Once a customer has made a successful order through Caravan Spares 2 Repairs following the mentioned procedure, an automated e-mail will be sent to the customer confirming the order details. • Receipt of the 'confirmation e-mail' does not guarantee that the customers order can be completed. Caravan Spares 2 Repairs only makes this guarantee when the customer receives a second e-mail confirming availability of the product and accuracy of the product details. • If Caravan Spares 2 Repairs is unable to give this confirmation, an e-mail will be sent stating why the transaction cannot be completed. • Caravan Spares 2 Repairs may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. • All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. Price • In the unlikely event of an incorrect advertised price for a product on Caravan Spares 2 Repairs • Caravan Spares 2 Repairs can refuse to complete the transaction. Once a pricing error is noticed for a particular product all customers purchasing such a product will be informed using the given contact details. In such a situation the customer will be given the option to complete the order at the correct product price (not the incorrect advertised price) or cancel the order. All payments made (for the order being cancelled) prior to the cancellation of an order will be refunded in full. • Delivery charges are stated before payment is made. Delivery charges are non-negotiable and are subject to the delivery address. • Prices are quoted on Caravan Spares 2 Repairs are in UK pound sterling (GBP) • Payments must be received in GBP. We do not ship out of the UK/Europe, Without Prior Agreement, PLEASE EMAIL • No item will be delivered until full payment is received. Availability • In the unlikely event of a product being unavailable, customers of such a product will be informed. The customer can either wait until the product is again available or ask Caravan Spares 2 Repairs to cancel the order. All payments for orders that are cancelled by Caravan Spares 2 Repairs will be refunded in full. • Caravan Spares 2 Repairs holds no responsibility for costs incurred or inconvenience caused by the cancellation of any order. Delivery • Delivery charges are stated on the website and confirmed once the order is ready to be processed. • Delivery charges that are not stated on the website must be confirmed before any payment is made. • Orders can only be cancelled for late delivery if the item has not been dispatched for 18 working days from when the payment was made. Caravan Spares 2 Repairs is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier/s used. Returns • If an item is faulty it must be returned to the correct address (please e-mail Caravan Spares 2 Repairs for this address) NOTE a returns Number will be issued, And we advise you to get proof of postage certificate FREE in ANY Post Office. • The item must be unused and in perfect resalable unopened (if Sealed) condition. If these points are not met Caravan Spares 2 Repairs has the right to refuse a refund. All faulty items must be dispatched for return within 7 days of payment being made. If this time scale is not met Caravan Spares 2 Repairs has the right to refuse a refund.
